I worked in Customer Service for two years, and I'm willing to bet there is no other industry, save food services, that gets more whiny morons than CS. If they can't figure something out, it's your fault. Of course. Because, you know, the big flashing HELP button up at the top with the searchable FAQ just isn't easy enough, so you have to call us to whine about why this-or-that isn't working. Instead of waiting on hold for ten to twenty minutes, you could have put forth a teeny bit of effort and had the answer for yourself within two minutes.

I have no sympathy for those who can't put forth the effort to help themselves, and expect me to do everything for them "because it's [my] job"!
