I've been a single mom now for over 5 years during which time I've had only a few boyfriends. Men seem to run from me because of my independence and tell it like it is attitude.

Don't get me wrong. I love men. I am a terrible flirt though I have no idea how to play the fragile female like so many of my friends.

I enjoy being single, I make my own decisions and have nobody telling me what to do or how to behave.

I keep my life drama free. Some of my girlfriends drive me nuts. I don't understand why they stay in relationships they're not happy in and let their men walk all over them. They drive me crazy asking for my advice and when I tell them to dump the loser they whine that they'll be lonely. For fuck's sake! Wouldn't you rather be single and happy than be with a frikkin loser!

I love to travel so I decided to hell with waiting for someone to go with me. I've been to southern Africa three times alone. No matter where I go in this world there are always new people to meet and new experiences to be gained. Fuck the whiners who say they won't do anything alone. I go out on my own all the time. I'm my own best company.

And if I go to a bar and meet a man who sets me on fire then I enjoy the moment. This rarely happens because most of the men that I meet are whiners. Don't tell me about your frikkin ex!
