I get hideously tired of the members of any gender who attempt emotional blackmail in order to excuse their own failings. I run a department and I'm fair, but, "Because I'm a woman like you!" is not an acceptable excuse for being late to work 20 days out of 30.

And when I come down hard on slackers, I hate them crying victimisation. It's not because you're male, or female, or white, or black that I'm punishing you. It's because you are a brainless moron with a real problem with doing the job I hired you to do.

I hate people who like to be victims.

I have a uterus, but I don't think with it. I use that funny grey matter behind my eyeballs instead. It's far more reliable and doesn't bleed and then attempt to use that as an excuse.
