I took two and a half trips around Abuse Mountain, and am kicking and fighting my way to clarity, health and strength. I am sick of being treated with less than respect and kindness. I really don't have time for stupid games anymore. I've worked, and will not stop working, on my shit and I just want to shake all the idiots that stay in Never-never land, and especially the ones who complain about it, but never make any kind of progress or change. The frickin' hard-assed work is so worth it.

I have a great deal of empathy, but I find it much more joyous and fulfilling to lavish that on myself and my kids and non-demented people who I choose to be in my life. Yes, we all are deeply flawed, but get real about it. Stop making excuses and take responsibility and control of your own life.
