I have learned along ago that you are treated the way you allow yourself to be treated and I left my abusive ex-husband a year into the marriage because I didn't want to be a punching bag. I happened to be in love with him, but what message would that send my sons about women if I stayed??? (And I loved this asshole, sad to say).
NOW, I have two adult sons who are awesome and have said if they have daughters, (as well as making sure any of the women they care about) they always will let them know what kind of manipulative male asshole crap goes on out there that women fall for. I feel quite proud of that, so proud!! My oldest son (23) said that I raised him not to be intimidated by a strong woman and he's not. His fiancé is proof of that! Makes a Mom proud! Remember, we Heartless Bitches can raise some pretty awesome, secure, and strong men who aren't weak enough to be whiny assholes if we claim our Bitch Power! Amen, Sisters!!!
