I expect to be taken seriously in all aspects and avenues of my life. If
I'm eating at a restaurant, or shopping in a retail establishment, I
feel I'm entitled to good service and common courtesy. At home I expect
and demand respect from my 3 sons, but in return they do receive the
same common courtesy and respect from me. In a relationship I want my
opinion to be valued as well as to be treated with dignity, respect and
again common courtesy. None of this may like Heartless Bitch qualities,
but you wouldn't believe the hell I've had to give those who've not
taken my expectations seriously and what I've been called for having
such high expectations.
I don't like being walked on or treated like shit by anyone. Case in
point, I don't easily let go of a situation in which I feel I've been
wronged and will give it my all until the situation is rectified. Yes,
I'm the person who calls the manager and sits on hold for however long
until I am able to talk to the person to take care of the situation to
my satisfaction.
My motive is and always has been to improve customer satisfaction and
how a customer (any kind of business) is treated. In return I usually
receive some sort of perk for reporting such piss poor behavior. My best
friend has said that my tombstone will say, "Here lies a BITCH who
always got FREE stuff".
And woes be to the people I catch in any sort of dishonesty! Tell me the
truth but don't even try to cover up your poor behavior or otherwise
with lies.
