I live my life the way I feel. I'm a daughter, a mother, an ex-wife a friend, a lover; to name a few [ha]. Over the years, I've learned that I am responsible for my own happiness and that life is tough and it reeeeeeeeley sucks but I'm glad to be here on Earth as opposed to say, Venus. [haha] Every day is a gift to myself! In my day, [70's] the women's movement had begun, bell bottoms were in, Democracy was being challenged and WaterGate was THE hottest story ever! I'm just so thankful that I had more choices in my life than that of my own Mother.

I may not be a work of Art but I am a piece of work, and while I'm not quite there yet, every day is a new day and a new experience for me. In closing, I hope that all of you here recognize that life really is what you make it and while it may seem that you can't take that first step towards empowerment understand that life is short and waits for no one. DO IT! Jump on and RIDE IT BABY!
