I'm a Heartless Bitch because I work among and with the insipid and perpetually whiny - and I CRUSH them under my boot heels every fucking day. I've been called cruel, Heartless, brutal, cold, hard, and all of the less-polite-but-nevertheless-accurate four-letter words by my employees, and they love me anyway. Shit gets done, Bitches get smacked down, and people get religion when I get to work.

The rest of the time I work to make sure that my family and friends are moving forward - I lend an ear when it's constructive, but no one gets bleeding-heart sentiment from me. That's what I'm here for - the straight dope - and it's what I do, for better or worse. I think better!
