I'm not trying to be someone's view of extreme to get a point across,
I'm just living my life.
If I shock people (and to their detriment I frequently do), then those
people need to get shocked. However, I'm not going to fit anyone's stereotype of
what they think a drag queen should be-"don't have expectations of me only of
yourself."
I won't keep my mouth shut, in any quarter, out of political correctness,
nor will I shout it off like a I'm on a 'chat' show for the sake of the backlash
to it i.e. this fuck-political-correctness-gone-mad-attitude that, while well
deserved, has now been commandeered by some of the other extreme and stupid
and is used as a smokescreen for moronic prejudiced generalizations.
Hypocrisy is insidious in even the most well meaning and apparently
liberal groups, and I believe it is the job of a Heartless Bitch to stamp it out
in any situation regardless of who is involved and whose feelings may get
hurt.
I learned a long time ago that to believe that everyone that is like you in
their views is ignorance, and as stupid as believing all those *not* like
you are ignorant (This almost seems needless to say, but it's the shocking truth
that such idiocy is rife in many, many quarters barely a scratch beneath the
surface).
I am a Heartless Bitch to those who truly deserve to come up against one
and god help them when they do!
