Getting screwed over does amazing things to a person. The worse the screw over, the more changes one may have to make in their lives. In my case, I learned what I could and couldn't do, expect, or reasonably get with and for myself. Most of what I learned has been priceless, but it's also made me into what a lot of people consider cold and distant. I'm not. I just seem that way when you don't understand that I'm just as human as anyone else.

I demand your respect and consideration.

I will not be talked down to, or treated like a child.

I am no less then you are, and will not be treated as such.

I will not stand for half-truths and bullshit.

I will make my own decisions and if you don't support them, I will not change my mind.

If I say I'm not having sex with you, I really do mean it; please don't take all your clothes off and beg me to stay. I'm still walking out the door.
