I hold myself responsible for my actions and hold others responsible for theirs. You did it, you made the choice, now own it. It is not my fault, nor anyone else's. Your decision, your action, your fault.

I cannot abide perpetual victims, including "nice guys" and people who never get over high school. Yes, there are times in all our lives that suck. But our job, our duty as human beings, is to get over those times, whether through faith, therapy, the companionship of good friends, or just clawing yourself out of your own grave with a spoon, a flashlight, and a vague sense of direction. Do something to change your situation. Jumping into the same hole you climbed out of does not make you a victim, a martyr, or a saint. It makes you an idiot.
