I am a Heartless Bitch because I believe that mindless acceptance of ignorance is the worst disease inflicting human beings today. The second worst is the insistence on ignoring those very intelligent people and sources that attempt to enlighten you and dispel your ignorance, because you think you know right and don't have to listen to anyone else. The third worst disease is that of unquestioning acceptance of *anything*. I make it my business to fight these diseases whenever I encounter them. Sadly, they run rampant in the human race.
In my fight, I do not accept shifting of blame of any sort. I especially do not accept people excusing their actions by citing "human nature." As human beings, we have free will. While our inborn instincts, childhoods, psychological disorders, emotional bruises, and egos all have some effect on why we are tempted to act in certain ways, we all have ultimate control over our actions and thus have no excuses for disgusting behavior. That being said, I'll readily admit that we all make mistakes. What is unacceptable is refusing to take responsibility for cleaning up after those mistakes.
