To me, a Bitch (regardless of how society has put a negative connotation to it) is a woman who knows what she wants and does not hesitate to go for it. In other words, she is courageous, pragmatic, independent and a true leader. This individual is not concerned with compromising her convictions just to be a social mainstream.

As an investment banker, I have to deal with enormous male ego because, let us face it, they dominate the scene. Unless I maintain my own posture and do not get intimidated, there is no practical way to excel in what I do. I have been labeled a "Bitch" many many times. Do I care? No. Frankly I take it as a compliment that affirms my strong personality rather than be a "yes person".

So I am a Bitch and will be that way with immense pride!
