I've always marched to the beat of my own drummer and if someone didn't like me, I would stomp all over his or her opinion. I intimidate guys because I am a 17-year-old college sophomore with my own apartment and two jobs. They can't seem to understand that my independence is a sign of character and not a 'man-repellent'.

I stopped feeling sorry myself at the age of twelve when I witnessed my father almost beat my mother to death...when she could bear it no longer, she ran for the butcher knife and cut him clean across the heart. I knew then and there that we all have to save ourselves because there is no-one coming to the rescue.

I've never made excuses for myself when caught up in stupid situations so I refuse to make them for anybody else and for this reason I am seen as a "Heartless Bitch".

So as you can see, I have and will continue to wear the title proudly regardless of membership to your website. Thank you in advance for the time taken to read my submission.
