I come from a long line of Heartless Bitches...my
grandmother, bless her little space where a heart
should have been, was a firm believer in standing
up for herself. She went through a divorce when
such things were unheard of because she didn't
believe in taking some man's crap for the rest of
her life because society told her to. My mother
left her husband because she knew he would be
a horrible father and raised me on her own to be
a proud Heartless Bitch, just like her mommy.
