But really, let me explain:

I have two degrees, so I have to be more worried about some man trying to marry me for my money, than vice versa.

I can keep a wonderful home. Not that men are really known for their domestic achievements, but it is an alternative for them if they are not needed as a breadwinner.

I am mechanically inclined, do excellent landscaping, and remodel all the homes I buy.

I'm 5'10" tall and have always been very athletic. I can take down almost anything near my size, and failing that, my opponent will not walk away... they'll limp or crawl.

So we've been through the major categories that men have been known to be useful in, and I have come to this conclusion:

"I can build it, fix it and take care of it. I make the money to pay for it, and I can defend it or avenge it with or without you.

Bearing that in mind, boys, your only real value to me in is companionship and sex. So polish your manners, your witty repartee, and your flexibility in bed, or I will ignore you as the useless thing you are."

Basically, I don't NEED a man, so they damn well figure out what their good points are, and sell me on why I should WANT one.
