I work under a male head manager. He is a gutless whimp that can not handle
the problems at work. He always has some female take care of his problems
for him. The owner and my boss treat female managers as if they were stupid.
They (the owner and my boss) think their treatment is equitable, but ALL of
the women in the store agree that they treat women as inferiors. I can do
my boss's job just as well, if not better. Everyone comes to me to take
care of problems and for training. I have always said that the only thing
holding me back is the absence of a set of balls between my legs.
If I am called a bitch, it's only the men that say that.
If you're male, you are labelled aggressive and a "go getter". If you're
female, you're a big bitch.
