It’s highly unfortunate that anyone should have to walk around with the notion in their heads that sex is a REQUIREMENT, period! I live a sexless life and I love it! That’s what works for me. Others may feel differently about their own situation. Some people find my situation really weird because I’m lesbian. They wrongfully ASSUME that I should be all about the sex. When they find out otherwise sometimes it pisses them off, especially some men! Can’t a woman just be left alone and content in her own skin? Why would anyone put pressure of any kind on another human being for sex unless they were a sick pervert? Sad.

I never really thought of Nice Guys as being entitled to sex so much as just rampantly insecure and self-pitying, but the number of “Yes should be given out because I put effort in” comments I’ve seen on OKCupid has changed my perceptions a bit. I suppose most of them are just obsessed with the mythical being called a “Girlfriend”. Nah, I don’t imagine they’d be half as “romantic” when a woman went out with as they are (or, at least, think they are) when they’re trying to impress her.
